Day 222 – Giant Jenga & Cornhole

For today’s intention we all went to a local restaurant that sits both inside and outside. The cool part of sitting outside is not only that again it is directly on the water and harbor but it hosts live music and giant games. By that I mean the coolest giant beer pong, giant Jenga and long range Cornhole. There is a bar directly in the middle with lots of beautiful lighting- it has an amazing vibe and fabulous food.

So, we got some drinks and while we were sitting there I mentioned that the last time we came here with our friends it was so crowded we didn’t get a chance to play any of the games. Well, for my intention tonight I wanted to play giant Jenga. I was hoping to get a chance at the other games but I for sure wanted to play this one! So we went over just as two ladies got done. Me and my mom played and by the middle of the game we had drawn a crowd. People were rooting us on and joining in the fun. It was such a blast. The funniest part of the whole thing was that we didn’t realize until after that we weren’t playing it right. You are supposed to take the pieces out and put them on top. We were just taking them out and putting them to the side trying not to let them fall. Even funnier is that no one in the crowd we drew seemed to realize it (or care) either. We were all just having so much fun it didn’t matter!

After we ate and had some drinks, I challenged Vinny to a game of corn hole and of course he totally drilled me- but it was fun in the process. We went out for ice cream and sat by the dock to listen to another band playing by the pier. Happy Friday and cheers to an amazing weekend everyone!! Make the most of it #HGAL
