For my intention today I decided to plan activities for my
summer. When I first started this blog, I did not want to plan everything out
rather, allow my intentions to be determined by my day. I will say however,
that I feel that researching the activities offered in and around my area and
actually planning specific things to do would give me a much fuller summer. It
will make for more interesting living and for you (my lovely readers) hopefully
continue to offer interesting reading.
I could have never imagined when I began this entire project
that I would actually be affecting others’ lives. Obviously, this began as an
epiphany of sorts on how to honor my cousin, Heather. I have received so many
emails, FB IM’s and phone calls since this began with positive, loving and
encouraging words from people I know as well as perfect strangers that I
sincerely feel both honored and inspired to reach further. You
know what they say “Reach for the moon and even if you miss you’ll land amongst
the stars.”
I intend to do everything I wrote on my list today and so
much more. I have researched and located in the New England area everything
from concerts and festivals, ballet and plays, marathons and races, fashion and art
shows to visiting and exploring Niagra Falls, Martha’s Vineyard, the Cape and
NYC and so much in between. I will not give it all away so that there will
always be an element of surprise for my readers. Every day cannot be an outing but
I will continue making every day intentional.
I eagerly anticipate many intentions to come as the good
weather gets closer by the day. I’d like to take this moment as well to say
thank you to those that continue to read this blog, to those that have sent me
emails with your encouraging and loving feedback and I do hope and pray that this
journey I’m on inspires every reader to live each and every day with intention,
inspiration, creativity, appreciation and happiness. #HGAL365 #blessed
