Today for my intention I decided to dedicate my time to my
mom and her hobby. She loves puzzles. Me personally….I’m not really a puzzle
kinda girl. I’m not opposed to them per se but it just isn’t my go to thing to
do. So after having her over for dinner at our house, we walked to her place. I
brought the drinks and she made some popcorn. We put a movie on to play in the
background and put together her puzzle and chatted the night away. I had a
great time with my mom, even though we didn’t quite finish the puzzle. It was
just nice quality time.
The cool part about my intention tonight was the heartfelt
appreciation my mom had. She was so thankful and at one point she just told me
how much she loved me and thanked me for hanging with her tonight. We see each
other quite often but I think it was that she knew I was making it my intention
to give her my undivided attention not just invite her along somewhere. Today
was truly a good day. Cheers on this Friday the 13th kinda day.
