I decided to take the new Cardio Dance class. From the very
first song- I knew this wasn’t going to be an easy class. It was a high
intensity, full cardio blast with hip hop and a couple of salsa songs. The instructor
was boisterous, encouraging and so much fun! He was dancing around, giving high
fives, banging on the walls to the beat and singing out loud. I loved every
second of it. He incorporated squats, jumping jacks, running in place and so
much more all while entwining it all with the best dance moves I’ve seen in a
long time. The music was loud and the selection was perfect. After the class
the instructor was nice enough to pose for a quick pic and I thanked him for an
awesome time and said I’d be back soon (and I surely will).
Honestly, had it not been for the blog I’m pretty sure I
would have wimped out of this today due to yesterday’s activities. But sure
enough, I pushed through and I am beaming with pride at my accomplishment. #lovetodance

Day 260 – Cardio Dance
My gym recently revamped their class schedule and there are
a bunch of new classes that I have been trying to get to (I have not gone
nearly enough this summer). Well, for my intention today I decided to just go
for it. I know it may seem quite tenacious of me after running my first 5K just
yesterday and believe me I am surely feeling it now but in such a glorious way.
