Anyhow, I went to the gym this evening. I do enjoy taking
classes more so than lifting weights or cardio. I love the vibe of classes. For
today’s intention I specifically took a more challenging kickboxing class by a
very advanced instructor who incorporates cardio, weights, kickboxing, core and
yoga into her ONE class. It is by far the most advanced and challenging of all
classes I have ever taken.
While I was in this class, we were doing some ground ab work
and I was thinking about how challenging it was. I thought about Heather right
then and there. I was thinking about her drive and determination and I was
proud that in her honor I was challenging myself this evening. I actually ended
up hanging around after class for a bit talking to the girls, maxing and
relaxing after a true push to finish strong. And to think…I wouldn’t have met
them had it not been for my intention. #getoutanddoit #pushharder #HGALIn memory of my lifelong best friend and cousin who was taken by cancer in 2011, I will be chronicling the next 365 days of my life to live with intention and do something each and every day with my life in her memory.

Day 95 – Push Harder
One thing that I always admired and loved about Heather was
her drive. That girl never gave up- she pushed harder than most people I know
for the things she wanted. For example, she started out a bank teller at a
young age and worked her way all the way up the corporate ladder to a very prestigious
position with the bank. I was always so proud of her on so many levels.
